Art of Attention was created by two yoga instructors, Elena Brower and Erica Jago, who are “dedicated to creating beauty in and out of the classroom” and to make yoga more relevant and accessible to more people, to practitioners and teachers. This book is simply breathtaking. It is an invitation, a journey, an inspiration that calls beyond yoga practitioners. Perhaps you would like to ignite more intimacy, embody more self-love and self-care, and allow more beauty into your life. Isn’t time we gave more time and attention to ourselves? The book is available in English as a softcover, in German as a hardcover, and as a PDF download. Dutch and Italian editions to come in 2016. Elena and Erica have also created Art of Attention Yoga Healing Cards that can be used as guidance, oracle, or a reminder to choose our thoughts, words, and actions with love and inspiration. These cards of affirmations and wisdom speak to the heart, opening more space for trust and knowing.
Editor’s Note | Both the Art of Attention book and cards are simply stunning. I love sitting with them, even if just feeling them in my hands. I love that different layers of understanding are revealed each time you read the words in the book, hold the messages of the cards, drink in the beauty…this book and cards are definitely not just for yoga practitioners. There is so much heart.
