Terrariums are an easy way to bring the outdoors indoors. A mini ecosystem. They are low-maintenance (with the right info and set up), only light watering required because of the condensation. We see a lot of terrariums with succulents but you can choose plants like Minimus Aureus, with its golden grassy foliage. Some things to remember – glass can act like a magnifier so be aware of too much sunlight, use a spray bottle to avoid overwatering, quickly remove/replace diseased plants, and having enough air flow for succulents so opt for a lid-less container. And remember to talk (or sing) to your plants.
Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor. Thích Nhất Hạnh, Stepping into Freedom: Rules of Monastic Practice for Novices
